Mr. Bhavesh P. Bumtariya is the Founder & Chairman of Sathwaro Group and a first-generation agripreneur with over two decades of experience across agriculture, agri-inputs, value chains, and global agricultural trade.
His journey began in 2004 with hands-on farming activities, where he gained practical insights into the challenges faced by farming communities and the opportunities within the agricultural sector. In 2008, he expanded his vision into the micro-irrigation industry, focusing on improving farm productivity, resource efficiency, and sustainable agricultural practices.
Leveraging his deep agricultural roots and entrepreneurial experience, he established Sathwaro Group with a mission to build an integrated agricultural value chain connecting farmers, markets, and consumers. Under his leadership, the Group has developed capabilities across contract farming, procurement, post-harvest management, value addition, domestic trade, and export-oriented agriculture.
Today, Sathwaro Group works across more than 80 agricultural crop varieties, combining traditional farming knowledge with modern technology, traceability systems, quality assurance, and global market access.
